  • 1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce or Sriracha/sambal oelek

For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, combine sliced boneless, skinless chicken with egg white, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Fry the Chicken: Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken in batches and fry until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
  3. Sauté Aromatics: In the same skillet, reduce heat and add sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and dried chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Prepare the Sauce: Add ketchup, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Combine Chicken and Sauce: Toss fried chicken in the sauce and simmer for another minute.
  6. Garnish and Serve: Top with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately with rice or noodles.
