  • 1/4 cup Rice Wine Or Mirin or White Wine; omit if avoiding alcohol
  • 3 cloves Minced Garlic Fresh garlic adds depth
  • 1 Tbsp Grated Ginger Fresh is encouraged, powdered ginger can substitute
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil Opt for toasted for a richer taste
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground is best
For Garnish
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds Optional but recommended
