- In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, vegetable oil, rice vinegar, low-sodium soy sauce, sesame oil, creamy peanut butter, salt, sriracha, minced ginger, and minced garlic.
- In a large bowl, mix prepared shredded coleslaw, shredded red cabbage, matchstick carrots, diced red bell pepper, cooked edamame, chopped green onions, salted peanuts, and chopped cilantro.
- Drizzle the dressing over the slaw and toss gently until everything is coated. Allow the slaw to sit for 10 minutes.
- Microwave the Evol Teriyaki Chicken frozen meals for 3-4 minutes until heated through.
- Take butter or Boston lettuce leaves and spoon a generous amount of the heated teriyaki chicken onto each leaf. Top with the slaw.
