  • 8 oz Soft Unripened Goat Cheese Or softened cream cheese if preferred.
  • 0.5 cup Sour Cream Can swap for paleo mayo or a mix of both.
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Sriracha Substitute with Frank's Red Hot or omit for less heat.
  • 0.5 tsp Onion Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic Powder
For the Seafood
  • 2 cans Crab Meat 6 oz each; must be squeezed dry.
  • 1 cup Chopped Cooked Shrimp Pat dry before use.
For the Cheesy Topping
  • 0.5 cup Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
For Garnish
  • 1 Green Onion Finely chopped.
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley Finely chopped.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the goat cheese, sour cream, Dijon mustard, sriracha, onion powder, and garlic powder. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in the drained crab meat, chopped cooked shrimp, green onion, and fresh parsley into the mixture.
  4. Add the remaining cheeses to the seafood mixture and fold them in until well combined.
  5. Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe dish and spread it out evenly. Sprinkle reserved cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let cool for about 10–15 minutes, then garnish with parsley and shrimp.
  8. Serve warm with crusty bread, crackers, or fresh veggies.
