Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Use a meat mallet to gently smash each chicken breast to about ½ inch thickness.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl until smooth to create an egg wash.
  4. Combine breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and grated Parmesan in another bowl.
  5. Dip each smashed chicken breast into the egg wash and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
  6. Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
