- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a meat mallet to gently smash each chicken breast to about ½ inch thickness.
- Whisk the eggs in a shallow bowl until smooth to create an egg wash.
- Combine breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning, and grated Parmesan in another bowl.
- Dip each smashed chicken breast into the egg wash and then into the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving warm.
