  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk substitute with any nut or dairy milk of your choice
  • 1 cup Dannon Light and Fit vanilla Greek yogurt any low-fat or dairy-free yogurt works as a great alternative
  • 1 scoop Cellucor vanilla casein protein powder feel free to swap in other compatible flavors
  • 2 tablespoons 1/3 Less Fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese substitute with low-fat or dairy-free cream cheese for a vegan option

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather all the essential ingredients for your Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen strawberries and unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Blend on medium speed for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add the Dannon Light and Fit vanilla Greek yogurt and Cellucor vanilla casein protein powder to the blender. Blend on high speed for another 30 seconds.
  4. Add the 1/3 less fat Philadelphia cream cheese to your blender. Blend for an additional 20-30 seconds.
  5. Check the consistency; if too thick, add a splash more of the unsweetened vanilla almond milk and blend for another 10 seconds.
  6. Pour your Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake into tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and crushed graham crackers if desired.
