- In a medium-sized pot, combine 4 cups of Jet Puffed marshmallows and 3 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Stir constantly for about 5 minutes until melted and glossy.
- Remove from heat and pour over 6 cups of Holiday Edition Rice Krispies in a large bowl. Gently fold until coated.
- Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with wax paper, transfer the mixture, and compact using a spatula.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes to firm up.
- Lift the mixture from the dish and cut out shapes using a Mickey Mouse cookie cutter.
- Melt 2 cups of milk chocolate melting candy according to package instructions.
- Dip the top half of each treat into the melted chocolate and let cool until set.
- Roll out red fondant, cut into bow shapes, and attach with green icing.
