Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded zucchini with salt and let it sit for about 10 minutes.
  3. Squeeze out excess moisture from the zucchini using a kitchen towel.
  4. Mix the zucchini with eggs, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella.
  5. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and press the zucchini mixture evenly into the bottom.
  6. Bake the crust for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
  7. Cook ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet until browned.
  8. Stir in pizza sauce, bell pepper, mushrooms, oregano, and garlic powder. Cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Spread the beef mixture over the crust after it's baked.
  10. Top with remaining mozzarella and all cheddar cheese.
  11. Bake for an additional 20 minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  12. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
