- Finely dice the jalapenos, removing seeds and membranes for less heat. Mince the garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add diced jalapenos and sauté for 5–7 minutes until slightly translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Return saucepan to low heat and let the sauce simmer for 5–8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Cool the sauce before storing in an airtight container. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
