  • 200 g Almond Flour Can substitute with coconut flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder Ensure it’s fresh
  • 1 tsp Salt Sea salt preferred
  • 250 g Greek Yogurt Opt for full-fat
  • 2 large Eggs Can use flax eggs for vegan option
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil Optional, avocado oil can be used
Optional Spices
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a 24x10 cm loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, and any optional spices.
  3. Add Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
  4. Incorporate the eggs one at a time, mixing until fully combined.
  5. If desired, drizzle in olive oil and mix gently.
  6. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and smooth the surface.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  9. Once cool, slice and serve with your favorite toppings.
