Preparation Steps
- Cut fresh watermelon into 1-inch chunks and place in a blender or pitcher.
- Muddle the watermelon gently to release juices for about 1-2 minutes.
- Squeeze fresh lime juice into the muddled watermelon mix and stir gently.
- Mix in HydroFLEX™ and about 1 cup of water; shake well for 30 seconds.
- Moisten the glass rim with lime and dip into salt to coat the rim.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour the watermelon-lime mixture over it.
- Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of watermelon, then serve immediately.
