For the Mocktail
  • 4 cups Fresh Watermelon cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice use fresh for best taste
  • 1 scoop HydroFLEX™ Drink Powder can substitute with similar electrolyte powder
  • 1 cup Water use sparkling or coconut water for extra flavor
  • Salt for rimming the glass
Optional Garnish
  • 1 Lime Wedge
  • 1 Watermelon Slice

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Cut fresh watermelon into 1-inch chunks and place in a blender or pitcher.
  2. Muddle the watermelon gently to release juices for about 1-2 minutes.
  3. Squeeze fresh lime juice into the muddled watermelon mix and stir gently.
  4. Mix in HydroFLEX™ and about 1 cup of water; shake well for 30 seconds.
  5. Moisten the glass rim with lime and dip into salt to coat the rim.
  6. Fill the glass with ice and pour the watermelon-lime mixture over it.
  7. Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of watermelon, then serve immediately.
