Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Rim two martini glasses with red decorating gel or corn syrup and dip in a mix of sugar and red edible glitter. Chill in the refrigerator.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add vodka, cranberry juice, and raspberry liqueur. Shake vigorously for about 30 seconds.
  3. Remove chilled glasses from the refrigerator and strain the mixture into them, filling each about two-thirds full.
  4. Top each glass with champagne or sparkling wine, about 1 to 2 ounces.
  5. Garnish with fresh cherries, raspberries, or cranberries and serve immediately.
