  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened for easier mixing
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese Shredded, sharp or mild
  • 2 tbsp Green Onion Finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce Can substitute with soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh juice is best
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust according to taste
For the Coating
  • 1 cup Pecans Roughly chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a stand mixer, add the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and finely chopped green onion. Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice, then sprinkle with salt. Mix on medium speed for about 2-3 minutes until creamy and well combined.
  2. Use a spatula to scrape the mixture out onto a clean surface. Shape into a smooth ball, about the size of a medium orange.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in the roughly chopped pecans, pressing gently to ensure an even coating.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Unwrap the cheese ball and transfer it to a serving platter. Serve with crackers, sliced vegetables, or fruits.
