Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and brown sugar. Mix gently until blended.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
- In a saucepan, combine BBQ sauce ingredients and heat over medium heat until simmering. Mix cornstarch with water to thicken the sauce and add it gradually.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice to create the spicy mayo dip.
- Once baked, toss meatballs in the BBQ sauce until evenly coated.
- Serve warm with spicy mayo dip on the side.
