Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread approximately one tablespoon of Thai sweet chili sauce over each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon for 13 to 15 minutes until opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the salmon after cooking, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with jasmine rice and top with cucumbers, scallions, cilantro, and sesame seeds.
