Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and ground ginger.
  2. In a small bowl, mix half of the sweet chili sauce with soy sauce. Pour over chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat skillet over medium heat, add olive oil, and cook marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side.
  4. Remove from skillet and let chicken rest for about 5 minutes.
  5. Warm tortillas in the microwave or skillet for about 15 seconds on each side.
