Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. In a saucepan, combine honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Heat until simmering.
  5. Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  6. Once roasted, toss the cauliflower with the sauce and serve immediately.
