- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
- Spread seasoned cauliflower on the baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- In a saucepan, combine honey (or maple syrup), soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Heat until simmering.
- Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Once roasted, toss the cauliflower with the sauce and serve immediately.
