- Pour one-third of the strawberry purée into a clear glass, then gently pour the matcha mixture over the back of a spoon to create a distinct separation.
- Garnish with a fresh strawberry placed on the rim of the glass or a sprinkle of matcha powder on top. Serve immediately.
