  • 3 cloves Garlic minced fresh for best results
  • 1 inch Ginger fresh preferred
  • 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce check for gluten-free options
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chilli Sauce adjust based on spice preference
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Sunflower Oil can replace with other cooking oil
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds optional garnish
  • 2 stalks Spring Onions chopped for garnish

Marination and Cooking
  1. Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine chicken with ketchup, minced garlic, fresh ginger, light soy sauce, and sweet chilli sauce. Cover and refrigerate for 15-30 minutes.
  2. In a large frying pan over medium heat, add sunflower oil and warm for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add marinated chicken to the hot pan in a single layer. Sauté for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking.
  4. In the last minute, increase heat to high and stir to coat chicken pieces in glaze.
  5. Transfer sticky chicken to a serving plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions, and serve hot.
