  1. Begin by gathering all your ingredients for the Kimchi Udon Stir-Fry. Chop bell peppers, slice carrots, and trim snow peas, aiming for bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large wok or skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium heat until shimmering.
