Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract. Beat until just combined, about 30 seconds.
  4. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and matcha powder until well incorporated.
  5. Fold in white chocolate and chopped pistachios until evenly distributed.
  6. Scoop out 2-tablespoon-sized portions onto prepared baking sheets, spaced 2 inches apart.
  7. Bake for 9-10 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 2 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
