Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Add 1 teaspoon of your choice of flavor extract and mix for another 1-2 minutes until well blended.
  4. Sift together all-purpose flour and baking powder in a separate bowl. Gently fold this into the wet ingredients.
  5. Drop rounded mounds of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie.
  6. Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  7. Remove the cookies from the refrigerator and lightly dust them with powdered sugar while still cool.
