- Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain. Marinate in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
- Heat a wok over high heat, add oil, and stir-fry sliced onions for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
- Push onions aside, add marinated beef, and sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes. Stir and cook until no longer pink.
- Add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Stir in soy and oyster sauce, simmer for 2 minutes.
- Toss everything together well and serve hot over jasmine rice or lo mein noodles.
