For Cooking

For Serving
  • 4 cups Rice or Noodles Serve over jasmine rice or lo mein.

Cooking Steps
  1. Slice the flank steak into thin strips against the grain. Marinate in soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok over high heat, add oil, and stir-fry sliced onions for 2-3 minutes until translucent.
  3. Push onions aside, add marinated beef, and sear undisturbed for 2-3 minutes. Stir and cook until no longer pink.
  4. Add garlic, ginger, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Stir in soy and oyster sauce, simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Toss everything together well and serve hot over jasmine rice or lo mein noodles.
