Preparation Steps
- Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot over medium-high heat, then remove from heat.
- Add 1 cup of Thai tea mix to the hot water and stir gently. Cover and steep for 4-5 minutes.
- Strain the tea mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer.
- While the tea is warm, add 2/3 to 3/4 cup of sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Pour in 4 cups of cold water and 2/3 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, stirring to combine.
- Pour the prepared Thai Lime Iced Tea over ice-filled glasses.
