Preparation Steps
  1. Boil 4 cups of water in a medium pot over medium-high heat, then remove from heat.

  3. Strain the tea mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. While the tea is warm, add 2/3 to 3/4 cup of sugar, stirring until dissolved.
  5. Pour in 4 cups of cold water and 2/3 cup of freshly squeezed lime juice, stirring to combine.
  6. Pour the prepared Thai Lime Iced Tea over ice-filled glasses.
