  • 8 ounces Medium-Sized Raw Shrimp Peeled, deveined, and chopped
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese Substitute with dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1 handful Fresh Spinach Leaves Can be swapped with Swiss chard or kale
  • New Bae Seasoning Or substitute with Old Bay or salt and pepper
For the Salmon
  • 2 fillets Center Cut Salmon Fillets Keep skin intact for moisture
  • 1 handful Panko Breadcrumbs For a crispy topping; use gluten-free panko if needed
  • Kosher Salt To taste
  • Black Pepper To taste
  • Parsley Optional garnish

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even baking.
  2. Melt butter or olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped shrimp and cook until opaque, then stir in cream cheese and spinach, mixing until creamy.
  4. Pat salmon fillets dry and make a pocket in each fillet. Stuff with the shrimp mixture.
  5. Sprinkle panko breadcrumbs on top and spray lightly with olive oil. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool for a minute, and garnish with parsley before serving.
