Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a large sheet pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. Slice the sausage into ½-inch rounds and cube the sweet potatoes. Rinse and trim the broccoli into florets. Spread everything evenly across the prepared sheet pan.
  3. In a medium skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter and add the minced garlic, sautéing for about 1 minute. Pour in the honey, soy sauce, and vinegar, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Drizzle the sauce over the sausage and vegetables, gently toss to coat, and spread out in a single layer. Roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
  5. Let the dish rest for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
