Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line the baking pan with aluminum foil, then place the salmon fillet skin-side down in the center of the foil.
  3. Nestle fresh lemon slices underneath the salmon fillet.
  4. In a microwave-safe container, melt the unsalted butter, then stir in lemon juice, honey, and minced garlic.
  5. Pour three-quarters of the buttery mixture over the salmon and season with kosher salt and black pepper.
  6. Fold the foil to create a pocket and let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Bake for approximately 17 minutes, or until salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  8. Remove the top layer of foil and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  9. Spoon the remaining buttery mixture over the salmon while under the broiler.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
