Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash the ripe peaches under cool running water. Cut each peach in half, remove the pit, and slice into wedges about half an inch thick.
  2. In a large salad bowl, add the sliced peaches and halved mozzarella balls. Add a handful of arugula or mixed greens and toss gently.
  3. Sprinkle toasted walnuts over the salad. Crumble feta cheese over the top.
  4. Tear fresh basil leaves over the salad and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Gently toss all ingredients together, taking care not to mash the peaches or mozzarella.
  6. Cover the salad bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator to chill for 10-15 minutes.
