  • 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20 for maximum flavor
  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Gluten-free if needed
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
For the Cheese Filling
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Spinach Optional
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, ground Italian sausage, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Mix mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and spinach in a separate bowl to create the cheese filling.
  4. Flatten the meat mixture on parchment and spread the cheese filling, rolling it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled meatloaf seam-side down in a baking sheet and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Spread marinara sauce over the top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  7. Let the meatloaf rest for about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
