  • 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded can also use provolone or cheddar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped basil can be an alternative
For the Finish
  • remaining extra butter mixture for brushing the top

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Stromboli
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix 3 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter with 2 cloves of minced garlic and 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley in a small bowl.
  3. Unroll the pizza crust onto the baking sheet and brush half of the garlic butter mixture over the dough, leaving a half-inch border.
  4. Layer 8 ounces of deli meats and 6 ounces of shredded mozzarella cheese evenly across the crust.
  5. Roll the pizza dough jelly-roll style and pinch the seam to seal tightly.
  6. Brush the top of the rolled Stromboli with the remaining garlic butter mixture.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool for about 5 minutes, then slice and serve warm.
