Cooking Instructions
  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with garlic powder, sweet paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon, skin-side down, and sear for 3 minutes.
  3. Flip salmon and sear for another 3 minutes until cooked through. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté grated carrot, minced garlic, and diced onion over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle turmeric, mix well, add flour, and stir for about 1 minute.
  6. Gradually whisk in vegetable broth and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring until it thickens.
  7. Add heavy cream, fresh dill, and lemon juice. Taste for seasoning and adjust as necessary.
  8. Return salmon to the skillet, let simmer for 3 minutes, and garnish before serving.
