  1. Begin by cutting your chicken breasts into thick fillets, ideally 2-3 pieces each.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped rosemary, turmeric, apple juice, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add your chicken fillets to the bowl, ensuring each piece is generously coated, then let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  4. Heat a generous splash of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat for about 2 minutes.
  5. Carefully place the marinated chicken fillets in the skillet. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side.
  6. Flip the chicken fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
