- Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower head in half lengthwise and then slice into 1.5-inch thick steaks.
- In a medium bowl, combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until well blended.
- Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each cauliflower steak and sprinkle the seasoning mixture on top.
- Place the steaks on the baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and bake for 5 minutes. Then remove foil, flip the steaks, and roast uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer the roasted steaks to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
