Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) and prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Remove the leaves and trim the stem of the cauliflower. Cut the cauliflower head in half lengthwise and then slice into 1.5-inch thick steaks.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over both sides of each cauliflower steak and sprinkle the seasoning mixture on top.
  5. Place the steaks on the baking sheet covered with aluminum foil and bake for 5 minutes. Then remove foil, flip the steaks, and roast uncovered for another 10-15 minutes.
  6. Transfer the roasted steaks to a serving platter and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
