Dressing
  • 1 cup Homemade Thousand Island Dressing Store-bought can be used.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Bake or fry waffle fries according to package instructions until golden brown and crispy.
  2. Layer shredded corned beef on a large serving platter and top with sauerkraut.

  4. Broil in the oven for 5-7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Drizzle with Thousand Island dressing and garnish with chopped chives. Serve immediately.
