Cooking Steps
  1. Heat the oil over medium heat in a nonstick skillet until shimmering.
  2. Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–7 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in diced onion, garlic powder, oregano, and basil. Cook for 3–5 minutes until onions soften.
  4. Add salsa and butter to the skillet, stirring until the butter melts. Add spinach and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
  5. Incorporate cottage cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes, cooking for 2–3 minutes until warmed through.
  6. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for an additional 5 minutes, adjusting seasoning to preference.
