Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Pour in the milk and mix gently until smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture into four mini loaves and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over each loaf and, if desired, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the meatloaves rest for 5 minutes before serving.
