Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pork mince, French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
- Cut each sheet of puff pastry in half and place a log of sausage mixture in the center.
- Whisk egg and milk together, then brush along one edge of the pastry.
- Roll the pastry around the mince log and press to seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with the egg wash and cut each roll into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange the rolls on the baking tray, leaving space between each.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
