Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pork mince, French onion soup mix, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  3. Cut each sheet of puff pastry in half and place a log of sausage mixture in the center.
  4. Whisk egg and milk together, then brush along one edge of the pastry.
  5. Roll the pastry around the mince log and press to seal the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with the egg wash and cut each roll into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Arrange the rolls on the baking tray, leaving space between each.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
