  • 1 tbsp Lime Juice Fresh
  • 1 tsp Honey Agave nectar works as a substitute
  • 2-3 tbsp Water Adjust for desired sauce consistency

Equipment

  • Grill
  • Mixing bowl
  • Skewers

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, curry powder, and minced garlic. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper. Marinate chicken strips for 15-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken onto the skewers and grill for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Prepare the peanut sauce by whisking together peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, honey, and water in a bowl until creamy.
  5. Serve the grilled skewers with the peanut sauce for dipping and your favorite sides.
