  2. Wet your hands slightly and shape into 10-12 compact oval koftas.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grates with a paper towel dipped in olive oil.
  4. Grill the kofta for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through, with an internal temperature of 75°C (165°F).
  5. In a separate bowl, mix plain yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  6. Serve hot kofta with the garlic yogurt sauce and garnish with parsley or lemon slices.
