For the Stir-Fry
  • 1 pound Boneless Chicken Breasts Slice thin for quicker cooking
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets Crunchy and nutritious
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil Can use canola or sunflower oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Can use low-sodium
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce Optional
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Mix with water for thickening
  • Salt and Pepper To taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  2. Add 1 pound of sliced boneless chicken breasts to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for approximately 30 seconds.
  4. Add 2 cups of broccoli florets and cook for about 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
  5. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (if using), and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons of water.
  6. Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir everything together, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
