- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) and place the pizza stone in the oven to heat for about 30 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough until it reaches about a quarter-inch in thickness.
- Spread a generous layer of barbecue sauce evenly across the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the barbecue sauce, then add crispy bacon and onion slices.
- Transfer the pizza onto a baking sheet or the hot pizza stone and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Once baked, remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a minute before garnishing with fresh cilantro.
