Step-by-Step Instructions for Bacon Fried Rice
  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet or wok over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon, leaving 1-2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
  2. Sauté diced onions and carrots in the bacon fat for 3-4 minutes until softened.
