- Slice the flank steak thinly against the grain. Combine beef slices with soy sauce and cornstarch in a bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated beef and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Toss in sliced onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Stir constantly for 3-5 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Add minced ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
- Return cooked beef to the skillet, pour in beef broth and oyster sauce and stir well. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through and sauce thickens slightly.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix in chopped green onions. Serve immediately.
