- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and salt until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in fresh blueberries, taking care not to mash them.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle remaining blueberries on top.
- Bake for 38-42 minutes until the center is set and the top is golden.
