Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Honey Rosemary Grapefruit Sodas
  1. In a small saucepan, combine equal parts honey and water (about 1 cup each) along with a few fresh rosemary sprigs. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes until honey dissolves. Cool and strain.
  2. Slice grapefruits in half and use a citrus juicer to extract juice into a measuring cup. Strain to remove pulp and seeds.
  3. In a large glass or pitcher, combine grapefruit juice with cooled rosemary syrup, starting with 1/4 cup syrup, adjusting to taste.
  4. Fill a large glass with ice and pour in the grapefruit and rosemary mixture. Top off with chilled sparkling water.
