  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Lemon juice can be used as alternative
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks Mango can be a substitute
  • 1 cup Coconut Water Can use almond milk or water
  • 10 leaves Mint Leaves Optional; basil can be substituted
  • 1 scoop Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Greens Optional or substitute with plant-based protein
  • 1 cup Ice Cubes Reduce if using frozen fruits

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a high-speed blender, combine a generous handful of fresh spinach and 1 cup of coconut water. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  2. Toss in 1 chopped green apple, 0.5 cucumber, and 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks. Add lime juice and mint leaves, and blend for another 30 seconds until well combined.
  3. Add a scoop of Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Greens and a handful of ice cubes. Blend on high for 1-2 minutes until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with honey or additional frozen pineapple if needed, then blend briefly to incorporate.
  5. Pour into a tall glass, garnish with a mint leaf or apple slice, and enjoy immediately.
