  1. Begin by scooping out ripe, juicy watermelon flesh, discarding any seeds.
  2. Slice one or two ripe bananas into pieces and ensure they're frozen along with your strawberries.
  3. Gather your vegan yogurt and prepare your lime by zesting it and juicing it.
  4. In a blender, combine the watermelon, frozen strawberries, frozen banana pieces, and vegan yogurt.
  5. Add lime juice and zest, along with maple syrup if desired; secure the lid and blend.
  6. Blend on high speed for 30-60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  7. If too thick, add a small amount of water, blend again until reaching desired consistency.
  8. Serve in a hollowed-out mini watermelon, garnished with fresh mint or lime zest.
