  1. Begin by washing fresh strawberries under cool water, then hull and slice them. Blend the prepared strawberries until you achieve a smooth puree, about 30 seconds.
  2. In a large mixing jug, pour in the strawberry puree, followed by orange juice and lemon juice. Stir gently for about 30 seconds to ensure a uniform blend.
  3. Place the mixing jug in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill.
  4. Just before serving, gently stir in chilled sparkling water into the strawberry juice mixture.
  5. Fill glasses with ice and pour the sparkling strawberry mix over each glass. Garnish with halved fresh strawberries or a slice of citrus.
