Steps to Make
- In a high-speed blender, combine ripe blueberries, water, sweetener, and lemon juice. Blend on high until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the mixture into a Ninja Creami pint container, secure the lid, and freeze for 24 hours.
- After freezing, remove the lid and insert the container into the Ninja Creami. Select the Sorbet cycle.
- Check the texture; if crumbly, reinsert into Ninja Creami and run the Re-spin cycle.
- Serve into bowls or cups, reseal any leftovers in the container, and freeze.
