Cheesecake Swirl
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened; full-fat for best texture
  • 1 large Egg for Cream Cheese Mixture can be omitted or swapped with yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar for Cream Cheese can use powdered sugar

Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until glossy. Add eggs, vanilla, and food coloring, whisking until combined.
  3. Sift in flour, cocoa powder, and salt, mixing until no dry streaks remain.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Add egg and sugar, whisking until smooth.
  5. Pour brownie batter into the pan, dollop cheesecake filling on top, and swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a knife. Let cool before slicing.
